Światowida

Project is located on ‘close’ Białołęka - northern part of Warsaw — travel time from there to center last 20 minutes. Guidelines for project are restricted by city : length of elevations from Ceramiczna and Światowida streets may have max. 80m., minimal biological active area is 40% of the plot, and hight of planned buildings can not exceed 20m. (in some parts 24m.). Structurally two buildings are divided into services on ground floor and for residential on upper floors. Shape of both buildings are referring to letter c facing each other. Because of that it’s possible to generate frontage character of develop and make cozy yard, which gives opportunity to rest from fuss of the city.
